ÈSPESSO
Èspesso is the first solid coffee. It has revolutionised the history of coffee service and is the result of the intensive efforts of a team convinced of the product's worth, and driven by a passion for research, experimentation and quality.
The first edible coffee was devised from the collaboration between the talented Catalan chef Ferran Adrià and Lavazza. This is a new taste dimension, a pure and full-bodied espresso that has taken all the flavour and aroma of traditional coffee, but with an innovative difference as it has a solid texture.
Èspesso is also available as Èspesso cappuccino and Èspesso macchiato.
