Instant coffee
Instant coffee can be prepared with the "spray-drying" or freeze-drying process. Due to it not
being carried out at high temperatures, freeze-drying yields coffee with better aromatic qualities
than spray-drying.
Preparing instant coffee is very easy: just dissolve it in boiling water. The normal dose is
1.3 grams of coffee in 50 ml of water.
