LEGENDS
The story of coffee began in the East, in about 400 B.C. We know for certain that in the Arab world, coffee was a popular beverage since the year 1000.
There are many legends telling of the origins of coffee, legends which contradict and duplicate each other; historic, religious, popular, each of them destined to receive varying degrees of fame and popularity.
