Irish Coffee
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 1 cup of very strong coffee
- 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar
- 1 small glass of Irish whisky
- 1 spoonful of cream
Preparation
- Place the sugar in a glass and dissolve in a little of the hot coffee.
- Add the whisky and the remaining coffee, whilst still hot.
- Add the whisky and the remaining coffee, whilst still hot. Finally, add a large spoonful of
liquid cream, or alternatively a spoonful of whipped cream on the top. Pour carefully to avoid
mixing the ingredients.
