The Training Center, the beating heart of Lavazza’s Innovation Center, provides training and information about the culture of Italian espresso, worldwide.
Its main aim is to show the art of preparing coffee in order to preserve the excellence of the product in the moment of preparation and consumption: at home or away from home.
A natural evolution from the Coffee Research and Study Center founded in 1979, today the Centre’s two units — Coffee Design, with its recipes, and the Espresso School, with its courses — combine to create a place where the passion for coffee meets tradition and a flair for experimentation and innovation. With 8 branches in Italy, 50 all over the world, the Lavazza Training Center is the largest coffee study centre in Italy and internationally.
