Coffee sorbet

The perfect finish to any meal

This coffee sorbet recipe is undoubtedly the perfect way to round off a meal, whether after lunch or dinner. Let the fresh flavour and distinctive aroma of coffee win you over.

PREPARATION

Prepare an espresso.
Dissolve the sugar in the espresso and add water, mixing well.
Then add the cream and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a plastic container and leave in the freezer
for 4-5 hours. (Leave larger quantities in the freezer for longer.)
Once cooled, crush into die-sized pieces.
Add the teaspoons of liquid espresso and amaretto and mix
with a hand blender.
The coffee sorbet is now ready to be served!

  • 330ml (11fl oz) water
  • 180g (6.3oz) espresso (6 short espressos)
  • 120g (4.2oz) sugar
  • 150g (5.3oz) cream
  • 6 tsp of espresso and 13 tsp of amaretto
