Antonino Cannavacciuolo, originally from Sorrento, began his culinary career in classic three-star French restaurants. Antonino comes from a culinary family, and considers his profession an expression of life. Each dish should be an experience that is impossible to replicate. Every recipe that leaves his kitchen is packed with the flavour, life and colour of the Mediterranean. Since 2000, Antonino has managed Villa Crespi together with his wife Cinzia Primatesta: their international success has been rewarded with two Michelin stars
