1998 – Lavazza Team

In 1998, the Lavazza Training Center team was asked to create a series of coffee-based recipes for the San Tommaso 10 café, which was opened at the site of the first headquarters of the company — its founder Luigi Lavazza’ historic drugstore — to mark Lavazza’s centenary.

The first menu featured coffee tiramisù, the traditional Turin “bicerin”, mint coffee and a range of new coffee-based alcoholic drinks.
