Saving the ecosystem,
one tree at a time
one tree at a time
In the early sixties, forestland extended over 60% of Thailand. Today, the figure is less than 20%. In response, WFFT ( Wildlife Friends Foundation of Thailand) and other organisations have joined forces to regenerate degraded forestland and rehabilitate wild fauna in Phetchaburi province. In addition, over the next few years thousands of trees will be planted, creating biodiversity as well as new vegetation and new ecosystem.
