Therefore, our most difficult mission cannot go unnoticed: sending coffee into orbit with ISSpresso. The successful experiment had recipes dedicated to it by Pietro Leemann, famous for his high-end vegetarian cuisine; Davide Oldani, a Michelin-starred chef with a passion for using modest raw materials and Dennis Zoppi, the renowned cocktail designer.
‘Solaris’ is Leeman’s creation, an ode to the sun, transforming it from symbol to substance. A refreshing aspic of summer vegetables with tapioca, a carrot and orange sauce and melon sorbet.
