This single origin coffee comes from the Cauca region, where Diego Bermudez grows this Castillo variety. This particular lot went through a thermal shocked washed anaerobic process. This Bermudez signature process brought out a unique floral note with hints of honey and black tea. The name of the product pays omage to the chamomile flower, but it’s also a way to celebrate the coffee plant “golden” flower.​
